<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system, capable of reducing the load applied to a network, and an information processor therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The first device (reader printer) determines, on condition of receiving an answer packet to a transmitted retrieval packet returned by the second device (driven printer), transmitting timing information (transmitting instruction) that is a transmitting time of the second information by the second device which transmitted the answer packet, which is different from the first transmitting time. The first device transmits the transmitting timing information to the second device (S14), and transmits the first information to a management device when the first internal clock reaches the first transmitting time (transmitting time; S17). The first device controls the transmitting time of each piece of information so as not to be overlapped with each other.
