<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor-attached wheel having powerful run-through performance at an outdoor stepped site. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor-attached wheel 60 includes a wheel having the same outline as a virtual first circle C1 in a virtual first vertical plane, and a plurality of rotors 62 arranged along the first circle C1 at the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rotatably around a first rotating shaft 63 perpendicular to axles 21, 31. In a virtual second vertical plane opposite to the first vertical plane at a distance from the first vertical plane, a plurality of step auxiliary wheels 65 are arranged along a virtual second circle C2 having a smaller radius than the first circle C1.
