Compsn contains a conductive pigment (e.g. carbon black) and a binder, in which the latter contains one or more organometallic cpds. e.g. n-butyl titanate, whose org. gps. decompose at or above the storing temp leaving a largely inorg. residue which has sufficient cohesive strength for the conductive pigment.
