The pigments consists of dyes of formula (in which R1 is H or methoxy, and R2,R3 and R4 are H or methyl) in completely condensed M-F resins, which are opt. co-condensed with aryl- or benzyl sulphonamides. The dyes are added to the melamine resin before or during condensation.
