<p>Dried live attenuated polyvalent vaccine for mumps and/or measles and/or rubella. M3A. Comprises two or three viruses and is prepd. by mixing appropriate vaccines, one of which must be in liquid form, adjusting the amounts such that in each unit dose of 0.5 to 1.0 ml the vaccine strength (TClD50 units) is measles 20 units, mumps 317 units and rubella 40 units, forming discrete unit dosages and lyophilising the vaccine soln. The product is stable on storage and reconstitutes on the addition of sterile H2O without loss of activity.</p> |
