<p>PURPOSE: A rubber sheet for footwear and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process of a rubber sheet by facilitating the adhesion between components. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet for footwear comprises a pattern layer(10), a rubber layer(20) which is made of polyurethane and integrated onto the underside of the pattern layer, an EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) layer(40) having a hot-melt property, and a cloth layer(30) which is made of nonwoven fabric or extensible cloth and integrated between the rubber layer and the EVA layer to facilitate adhesion.</p> |
