<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which carries out printing by selecting papers of a suitable paper size according to a bookbinding finish paper size, and to provide a program. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus connects to a bookbinding means which carries out the bookbinding action including paper cutting processing. The image forming apparatus includes a size acquiring means which acquires a bookbinding finish size (S101), an allowable range acquiring means which acquires an allowable range of a paper cutting width subjectable to paper cutting processing from the acquired bookbinding finish size (S103), and a paper selecting means which selects a paper feed tray by judging a paper size subjectable to paper cutting processing from the bookbinding finish size and the allowable range (S104 and S105). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
