<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lined container storing an inner bag inside, which can smoothly introduce and discharge its contents and prevent an accident caused by damage to the inner bag. <P>SOLUTION: The lined container includes: a container body 13 having an opening 16 at the top; an inner lid 17 closing the opening 16, and having an filling mouth 19 which is freely opened or closed and through which contents are introduced; a discharging cylinder 14 connected to the lower part of the container body 13 and used to discharge the contents; and a freely replaceable inner bag 24 disposed inside the container body 13 and made of a flexible material. The lined container 11 fixes the mouth of the inner bag 24 by sandwiching the mouth between the opening 16 and the inner lid 17.
