PURPOSE: An electroosmosis dehydrator is provided to maximize the dehydrating efficiency of sludge by increasing the adhesion of a drum and a caterpillar before the implementation of a dehydrating operation. CONSTITUTION: An electroosmosis dehydrator includes an electric drum and an electroosmosis dehydrating unit(60). The electric drum relays or induces currents in order to permeate electricity into sludge to be dehydrated. The electroosmosis dehydrating unit is insulated from the electric drum based on an insulating unit and is equipped with a caterpillar(70). One side of the caterpillar is pressurized with the outer circumference of the electric drum. The caterpillar or the electric drum is divided into two or more parts. A plurality of auxiliary electrodes is longitudinally arranged in the electric drum. |
