COUPLER HEAD OF A COUPLING DEVICE FOR MECHANICALLY CONNECTING TWO UNITS, PARTICULARLY VEHICLE UNITS

PURPOSE: A coupler head of a coupling device for mechanically connecting two units, especially, a vehicle unit is provided to effectively prevent a short-circuiting or corrosion because the front end part of a contact pin accessible to outside if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A coupler head(10) comprises a base body and coupler head housing(3). One or more coupler locks and/or electrical contact couplings are installed in the base body. The base body comprises a link unit. The link unit vertically and/or horizontally swivels a coupling shaft(5). The coupler head housing accepts the base body. The coupler head is arranged in a side of the coupling head housing facing the coupling side.
