DOCTOR-BLADE DEVICE FOR INKING UNIT IN A FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING MACHINE

The doctor-blade device for an inking unit in a flexographic printing machine comprises a removable body (15) securable to a base body (21) by securing means (20). The removable body (15) defines a chamber-forming surface (2) facing an inking roller (5) and it supports two bands (3, 4) and lateral sealing means (11, 12) arranged to flank said chamber-forming surface (2) in order to make dynamic sailing contact with said inking roller (5) in a working position, forming a chamber. On the chamber-forming surface (2) of the removable body (15) there are open inlet and outlet ports (7) that can be connected to ink-circulation means for feeding ink into and out of said chamber (6). The removable body (15) is preferably made from plastic and is configured and arranged to be disposed of together with the bands (3, 4) when the bands (3, 4) need to be replaced after use.
