摘要 PURPOSE: A medicinal wine using material of herbal medicine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture medicinal wine having higher than average 17 alcohol degrees by alcohol fermentation only by yeast. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of medicinal wine using material of herbal medicine comprises the following steps: cultivating seed mash by using nonglutinous rice and white chrysanthemum; manufacturing grains of distiller by mixing yeast and water with the koji; 1 shift dipping which is for crude liquor; 2 shift dipping; 3 shift dipping which adds herbal medicine; filtering vinasse after the fermentation is completed; sterilizing the filtered medicinal wine; aging the sterilized medicinal wine at low temperature. The material of herbal medicine is schizandrae Fructus, lycii Fructus, wolfiporia cocos, zingiberis Rhizoma crudus, polygonati Rhizoma, cistanchis Herba, cuscutae Semen, discoreae Rhizoma, and epimedii Herba.
