摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an automated process of first ply deposition of dry fibres in the frame of a filament winding, tape laying or fibre/tow placement kind technology for manufacturing a composite part having a reinforcement structure comprising reinforcement layers based on fibre, fabric or textile reinforcement and an impregnation matrix impregnating the reinforcement structure, consisting of making deposits of the reinforcement layers on a mould surface, characterized in that it consists of using an mould surface whose shape corresponds at least partly to the future composite part, placing a functional thermoplastic sheet 3 over at least a part of the mould surface, arranging a first layer of dry reinforcing fibres on the functional thermoplastic sheet 3, and heating the first layer until reaching at least a partly melting of the impregnation matrix and at least a partly melting of the functional thermoplastic sheet 3, in order to obtain a bonding between the first layer and the thermoplastic sheet 3.</p>
