PURPOSE: A composition for atopic dermatitis enhancer using bamboo blade extract and Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. extract are provided to inhibit degranulation of fat cell. CONSTITUTION: A composition for atopic dermatitis enhancer includes bamboo blade extract and Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. extract as active ingredients. The bamboo blade extract is obtained by extracting the bamboo blade using water, ethanol or a mixture thereof, and the Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. extract is obtained by extracting Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. using water, ethanol, or a mixture thereof. The composition is cosmetic composition, soap composition, medicine composition, or food composition. The cosmetic composition can be manufactured in emulsion, lotion, cream(oil in water emulsion, water-in-oil, and multi phase), solution, suspension(anhydrous and water-based), anhydrous product(oil and glycol based), gel, mask, pack or powder. The food composition is drink. The pharmaceutical composition has daily dosage of 0.001-150 mg/kg weight range and the dosage can be taken at once or divided into several times.
