PURPOSE: A rotary cultivating apparatus is provided to improve the workability of the apparatus by omitting an attaching and detaching operation with respect to a flat board. CONSTITUTION: A rotary cultivating apparatus includes a flat board(18), a restricting member(15), and a stopping board(20). The float board is flexible. The upper side of the float board is in connection with the rear part of a cover. The restricting member is in connection with the transversal center part of the lower side of the flat board. The restricting member converts into a restricting state and a releasing state. The restricting state restricts the movement of the transversal center part. The stopping board flattens cultivating ground. |
