PURPOSE: A flight information measuring method of a target object and an apparatus thereof are provided to generate a trigger signal of a target object and to easily measure flight information of the target object. CONSTITUTION: A trigger generator generates a trigger signal for photographing a flight state of a golf ball(S540). A camera control unit transmits the generated trigger signal to cameras(S550). A receiving unit receives the photographing image of the golf ball from the cameras(S560). A computation unit computes flight information of the golf ball(S570).
