ENVELOPE TRACKING POWER AMPLIFING APPARATUS USING SWEET SPOT TRACKING

PURPOSE: An envelope tracking power amplifier using sweet spot tracking is provided to obtain higher efficiency than a general constant voltage power amplifier by simplifying control according to average output power. CONSTITUTION: A signal generator(120) outputs an RF(Radio Frequncy) input signal and envelope signal of a power amplifier(130) by using a digital signal for input. The RF input signal outputted from the signal generator is a mixed polar signal of amplitude and phase signals. An envelop converter(160) changes the envelope signal generated from the signal generator with an offset envelop shaping method. A power modulator(140) supplies a transformed envelope signal into a power source for the power amplifier.
