PURPOSE: A laser machining apparatus and a pixel defect correction method using the same are provided to correct the deformity of an LCD panel and enable the uniform quality of laser machining regardless of the shape and size of various pixels of an LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: A laser machining apparatus(100) comprises an image capturing unit(130), an information machining unit(120), and a laser machining unit(110). The image capturing unit takes a photograph of an LCD panel fixed on a stage. The information machining unit analyzes images recorded by the image capturing unit and produces pixel objects. The information machining unit selects a defective pixel object corresponding to defective pixels. The laser machining unit irradiates laser beam, of which the irradiation position is adjusted according to machining offset, on defective pixels. |
