<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environment-friendly binder composition using industrial waste and loess is provided to reduce environmental contamination and enable manufacturing of aggregate by recycling bottom ash or waste gypsum. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environment-friendly binder composition using industrial waste and loess comprises the following steps: naturally maturing and fermenting for 1 year by stacking clay which includes kaolin and heavy clay soil in ratio of 1:1; washing and drying bottom ash; pulverizing the particles into 2-5mm size and naturally drying for over 30-60days; mixing granite soil, gravel, and waste gypsum in 1:1:1 ratio; assorting stone powder which has particle size of 80 mesh or less; and mixing 20 weight% of the mixed clay, 10 weight% of bottom ash, 20 weight% of mixed waste gypsum, 20 weight% of sand which has particle size of 5mm or less, 20 weight% of silicon dioxide, and 10 weight% of intensifier.</p> |
