PURPOSE: An inverter control device is provided to stably protect an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) by supplying soft turn-off to a gate driving of an inverter. CONSTITUTION: A gate driving unit(101) controls the on and off of an IGBT. A current buffer(102) amplifies an on and off control current of the IGBT outputted from the gate driving unit. The current buffer is comprised of a first transistor(Q101), a second transistor(Q102), and a voltage-dividing resistors(R101,R102). A filter(103) maintains long soft turn-off time of the IGBT by delaying a forced turn-off control current of the IGBT outputted from the gate driving unit.
