FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: support structure has elongated recess on top surface. Pipe rack comprises telescope couplings arranged one into the other to allow pulling apart and opening to form guide extending from said elongated recess to floor of drilling rig. Indexers may cause displacement of tubular elements to or from said elongated recess. Extractors may cause displacement of tubular elements from elongated recess. Every extractor is jointed with appropriate indexer while every unit comprises multiple first and second drives. Every first drive serves to up and down outer edge of one of multiple indexers relative to top surface of said support structure. Every second drive serves to up and down inner end of appropriate one of multiple indexers relative to top surface of support structure and, additionally, to deploy and close down one of multiple extractors simultaneously with lifting and downing of inner end of appropriate one of multiple indexers. ^ EFFECT: higher safety, simplified pipe handling. ^ 16 cl, 10 dwg |
