PURPOSE: An event display window expression system is provided to comprehensively monitor trespassers or fires by controlling the video of a real time video object. CONSTITUTION: An image capturing apparatus(102) captures or tracks a trespassers. The image capturing apparatus captures fires by sensing the fires. A center monitoring center(104) monitors the trespassers and the fires by communicating with a programmable logic controller. An event signal is generated by acquiring real-time image data corresponding to the fires. The center monitoring center displays information content and the real-time image object video. The center monitoring center edits the real-time image object to desired sizes.
