PURPOSE: An insect destroying and sterilizing apparatus based on an automatic smokescreen is provided to automatically spray spraying liquid according to the size of a space and the selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: An insect destroying and sterilizing apparatus includes a main body(110), an attracting part, a collecting part(130), an insect destroying part, and a controlling part(150). A internal space is arranged in the main body. The attracting part is fixed to the front side of the main body and irradiates light attracting insects. The collecting part is slidingly attached to one side of the main body. The collecting part collects the attracted insects. The insect destroying part sprays chemicals for destroying or sterilizing insects according to the selection of a user. The controlling part controls the operations of the attracting part and the destroying part.
