WIRELESS MEASUREMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD USING SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE BASED MICRO-SENSOR

PURPOSE: A wireless measurement apparatus and method using a surface acoustic wave base micro-sensor are provided to measure a minute change of environmental parameters by using a SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) micro sensor. CONSTITUTION: A wireless measurement apparatus using a surface acoustic wave base micro-sensor comprises a SAW base micro sensor(10) and a portable reader(20). The SAW base micro sensor wirelessly transmits a plurality of pulse signals by reflecting the surface acoustic wave converted in order to measure the change of environmental parameters. The reader wirelessly transmits the pulse signal to the SAW base micro sensor in order to measure the change of the environmental parameters. The reader measures the change of the environmental parameters by counting the generation number of the pulse signal for a constant period.
