PURPOSE: A thrombolytic agent screening method is provided to measure blood flow on a real time basis by processing disintegrins. CONSTITUTION: A thrombolytic agent screening method is comprised of the following processes. A blood clot is generated inside of a blood vessel of an animal. A test material is injected into the animal. The test material is determined as a thrombolytic agent when the blood flow of the blood vessel is recovered to 50 percent or more of baseline blood flow after injecting the test material.
