PURPOSE: A device for recycling water in a washbowl is provided to reduce water consumption by recycling wastewater even if a building does not have a wastewater reuse system. CONSTITUTION: A device for recycling water in a washbowl comprises a washbowl(1), a selection valve(2), a toilet bowl washing water tank(3), a clear water tank(4), and a sewage tank(5). The selection valve is installed in the water outlet of the washbowl. The toilet bowl washing water tank is connected to a first connection pipe(21) for the toilet bowl washing water tank connected to the selection valve and has a first overflow(31). The clear water tank is connected to a second connection pipe(22) for the clear water tank and has a second overflow(41). The sewage tank is connected to a third connection pipe(23) for the sewage tank and has a third overflow(51).
