SYSTEM FOR PREVIOUS WARNING OF JAYWALKING ON NATIONAL ROADWAY FOR DRIVERS

PURPOSE: A jaywalking prior warning system for drivers is provided to minimize traffic accidents caused from jaywalking by warning a driver when a pedestrian or a bicycle driver crossing at an unmarked crosswalk is detected. CONSTITUTION: A smart precast panel is installed on the edge of a road and a national highway. The smart precast panel detects a pedestrian and a bicycle driver. The smart precast panel emits light through an LED. An LED light emitting part(130) informs a car driver of the existence of the pedestrian or the bicycle driver crossing at an unmarked crosswalk. A first pedestrian detection part(170) senses pressure by the weight of the pedestrian and the bicycle driver. A second pedestrian detection part senses the existence of the pedestrian or the bicycle driver on the road through a movement detection sensor. A power supply part(140) comprises a photovoltaic module. A display part(200) displays the existence of the pedestrian or the bicycle driver crossing at the unmarked crosswalk. A controller(300) controls the operation of the LED light emitting part and the display part.
