PURPOSE: Position recognition apparatus and method of an RF sensor for a vehicle are provided to align the location of the RF sensor when the position of the RF sensor is changed by the impact or the vibration of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A position recognition apparatus of an RF sensor for a vehicle comprises the following: a magnetic fixed to a housing of the RF sensor; a hall sensor(2) detecting the flux density variation rate of the magnetic; and a controller(3) calculating the offset value of the RF sensor for the alignment using the flux density variation rate of the hall sensor. The hall sensor is a triaxial hall sensor detecting the flux density variation rate of the triaxial direction of the magnetic. |
