PURPOSE: A method of driving an image sensor is provided to improve the dark level property without increasing the size of the image sensor. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion device creates electric charges at a photoelectric conversion area during a light integration mode(S1100). Among the created electric charges, one or more of overflowed charges in the photoelectric conversion area and collection charges in the photoelectric conversion area are accumulated in a floating diffusion area based on the illumination of the incident light(S1200).
