PURPOSE: A cable and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily remove a shell and a coating from a cable body in a strip operation by maintaining a space between the shell and the cable body. CONSTITUTION: A shell(22) includes a tube shaped tape(24). The shell is compressed with a reduced radius of curvature by bending a tape. The tape is extended in a length direction of a cable(10). A coating(20) is made of synthetic resin which surrounds the shell. A cable body(12) is located in the shell. |
