PURPOSE: An LED assembly and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to mount a plurality of LEDs on a printed circuit board by exposing anode and cathode electrode leads of an LED on a diagonal line of an LED. CONSTITUTION: A first LED(210a) and a second LED(210b) are separately arranged along a length direction of an LED PCB. The first LED and the second LED include an anode electrode lead(217a) and a cathode electrode lead(217b). The anode electrode lead and the cathode electrode lead are diagonally exposed on two edges. The first LED and the second LED are separated with an interval that is equal to the sum of the exposed length of the anode electrode lead and the cathode electrode lead or less.
