PURPOSE: A burner device and an electric furnace including the same are provided to prevent the cracking of a cooling water channel due to arc and base metals attached to a burner jacket from blocking the outlet of a burner. CONSTITUTION: A burner device(120) comprises a burner(123) and a burner jacket(121). The burner is arranged across a wall(112) of an electric furnace(100) and heats the inside of the electric furnace. The burner jacket is projected from the wall of the electric furnace to the inside of the electric furnace while surrounding at least a part of the burner.
