FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed assembly comprises multiple nozzles arranged between blade steps, groove and extraction chamber, as well as first and second bores. Said groove is located upstream of blade one step and between blade step and step of nozzles located upstream of blade step and adjoining thereto. First bore extends to extraction chamber to allow bidirectional communication between groove and extraction chamber. Second bore extends from extraction chamber via diaphragm assembly outer surface to allow bidirectional communication between extraction chamber and area outside of diaphragm assembly.
