PURPOSE: An injection molding device and a method of manufacturing foam resin products are provided to prevent a weld line from becoming formed since while melted resin and gas are injected, first and second molds are maintained at over a heat deflection temperature of the melted resin through a heating unit. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding device(10) comprises first and second molds(11,12), an injection unit(14), and a heating unit(15). The second mold surface(12a) of the second mold forms a cavity(13) with the first mold surface(11a) of the first mold. The injecting unit injects melted resin(R) and gas into the cavity in a mixed gel state. The heating unit heats melted resin injected into the cavity to maintain melted resin at over a heat deflection temperature.
