PURPOSE: A regeneration dryer system of a waste ascon recycling plant is provided to produce recycled ascon with good quality and to prevent a fire and coating of asphalt powder on the interior of a regeneration dryer. CONSTITUTION: A regeneration dryer system of a waste ascon recycling plant comprises a cylinder type dryer body(60), a nozzle(38), a burner(37), a fireproof wall(62), a heat concentration induction pipe(64), and a sieve type bucket(66). The cylinder type dryer body is rotated on a bearing and receives waste ascon. The nozzle is formed on the front side of the dryer body and has a length corresponding to the flame diffusion length of the burner. The burner is installed on the leading end of the nozzle. The fireproof wall is formed around the interior of the nozzle and heated by the burner to provide indirect heat of 140°C or more to the inside of the dryer body. The heat concentration induction pipe is serially installed in the core part of the dryer body communicated to the nozzle and has a heat release hole(68b) so that the heat from the nozzle is guided concentrically to the core part. The sieve type bucket is arranged on the interior of the dryer body in order to draw up waste ascon. |
