VEHICLE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING EVENT AND CASTING INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A vehicle information management system which uses casting information and event occurrence information is provided to convert traffic signal information and a signal period into a casting signal, thereby providing the casting signal to a driver. CONSTITUTION: A traffic signal control board(200) transmits traffic signal information and a signal period to a central control device(100). A camera part(300) records an image of a vehicle which violates a traffic signal. A average section velocity measuring apparatus(400) measures distance between vehicles and average section velocity. The central control device transmits casting information which includes signal remaining time to a vehicle terminal(500). The central control device transmits the casting information which includes the average section velocity and the signal period to a traffic control device. The vehicle terminal outputs the signal remaining time on a navigation screen. The vehicle terminal transmits video information to a remote storage device(700). The remote storage device stores and manages the video information.
