PURPOSE: An electronic prescription operating system, server, drug store and patient communication apparatus, and control method thereof are provided to enable a user to search an electronic prescription by using authentication information. CONSTITUTION: A patient communication apparatus(100) stores and receives the authentication information of an electronic prescription. The patient communication apparatus requests a search service for a drug store including medicines in the electronic prescription. An electronic prescription server(300) stores the electronic prescription by receiving the source information of the electronic prescription. The electronic prescription server identifies the electronic prescription corresponding to the authentication information. A drug store communication apparatus(400) transmits the authentication information to the electronic prescription server.
