A PIPE LEAK AREA REPAIR TOOL AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A blocking device of the leaking part of a pipe and a construction method are provided to enhance air-tightness of the contact part with a pipe since airtight packing is installed on the upper and lower parts of the inner circumferential surface of first and second flanges. CONSTITUTION: A blocking device of the leaking part of a pipe comprises first and second flanges(10,20), a discharge pipe(30), an opening/closing valve(40), and a guide hose(50). The first and second flanges are formed in a semi-circle shape to protect the leaked part of a pipe. The discharge pipe is integrally connected to the second flange. The opening/closing valve opens/closes the flow path of the discharge pipe. The guide hose is connected to one side of the discharge pipe. The guide hose guides fluid leaked through the discharge pipe to a drain.
