MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A FLEXIBLE COMPOSITE BOGIE FRAME OF A BOGIE FOR A RAILWAY VEHICLE USING RESIN TRANSFER MOULDING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flexible composite bogie frame for a railway vehicle using a resin transfer technique is provided to enable a fiber-reinforced composite bogie frame to be easily separated between upper and lower molds. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a flexible composite bogie frame for a railway vehicle using a resin transfer technique is as follows. First fillers(110) for longitudinal axial beams and second fillers(120) of transversal axial beams are coupled to form a basic structure for the composite bogie frame. The basic structure for the composite bogie frame is installed between upper and lower molds and mixed resin is injected and cured between the upper and lower molds. Resin like epoxy, polyester, and phenol is mixed with hardening agent to manufacture mixed resin.
