ON-ROAD UNEXPECTED ACCIDENT BROADCASTING SYSTEM AND THE BROADCASTING SERVICE PROVIDING METHOD

PURPOSE: An on-road unexpected accident broadcasting system and a broadcasting service providing method are provided to effectively eliminate a bad traffic flow. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of complex base stations(200) is installed at a fixed interval on a road. The complex base stations detect a sudden accident on a road by a monitoring camera and a surrounding detecting sensor. A sudden accident broadcasting server(100) is connected to the complex base stations by wire/wireless communication. When the complex base stations notifies the sudden accident, the sudden accident broadcasting server generates a message related to the sudden accident.
