FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials for making ceramic facing tiles for interior finishing and mantelpieces. The ceramic mixture for making facing tiles contains low-melting hydromicaceous clay and wastes from soapstone open-pit mines containing the following in wt %: carbonate 1-9, tremolite- 1-70, talc - 5-47, chlorite - 33-55, ore impurities - 1-3, with the following ratio of components in wt %: low-melting hydromicaceous clay 60-75, wastes from soapstone open-pit mines 25-40. The wastes from soapstone open-pit mines have the following chemical composition, in wt %: SiO2 - 39.06-44.76; TiO2 - 0.25-0.39; Al2O3 - 4.37-8.29; Fe2O3 - 1.82-5.25; FeO - 5.63-9.34; MnO - 0.108-0.142; MgO - 24.50-28.16; CaO - 3.38-6.37; Na2O - 0.02-0.18; K2O - 0.01; H2O - 0.02-0.49; CO2 - 0-9.7; other impurities - 7.5-14.54. ^ EFFECT: high bending strength and heat resistance of articles. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl |
