PURPOSE: An application service system for generating a ring back tone is provided to simply process a purchase, an establishment, or a change related with a ring back tone. CONSTITUTION: A menu server device(120) comprises menu data necessary for setting a service screen for establishing ring back tone. The menu server device offers the menu data to the terminal by the request of the terminal. The menu server device receives a user setting data from the terminal. The menu server device transfers the received user setting data to a corresponding legacy device. Legacy devices(130) performs ring back tone service by the user setting data which is transferred from the menu server device.
