<p>PURPOSE: Duplex stainless steel and a cable tray manufactured using the same are provided to reduce the weight of a cable tray by securing high-strength duplex stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm or less. CONSTITUTION: Duplex stainless steel for a cable tray of a ship comprises Cr(Chromium) of 19.5-22.5wt.%, Mo(Molybdenum) of 0.5-2.5wt.%, Ni(Nickel) of 1.0-3.0wt.%, C(Carbon) of 0.03wt.% or less(except 0), P(Phosphorus) of 0.03wt.% or less(except 0), S(Sulfur) of 0.003wt.% or less(except 0), Si(Silicon) of 2wt.% or less(except 0), Mn(Manganese) of 1.5-4.5wt.%, N(Nitrogen) of 0.15-0.25wt.%, and Fe(Iron) and inevitable elements of the remaining amount.</p> |
