PURPOSE: A device and a method for treating slime for grouting construction are provided to prevent environmental contamination caused by slime by treating the slime inside a large-diameter casing. CONSTITUTION: A device(A) for treating slime for grouting construction comprises a casing(100), a rod(200), underwater pumps(300), a discharge pipe(400), a cutoff plate(500), and a stirrier(600). The casing has holes(105), an expansion unit(110), a straight pipe unit(120), and a wing plate(130). The straight pipe unit is installed in the front end of the expansion unit. The wing plate is horizontally installed in the straight pipe unit. The rod is fixed to the center of the casing. The underwater pumps are fixed to both sides of the rod. The discharge pipe is fixed to the top ends of the underwater pumps. The cutoff plate is arrangedon the top end of the underwater pump. The stirrer is fixed to the bottom end of the rod.
