PURPOSE: A shielding device for a grouting casing of a high-depth and high-load groundwater well is provided to completely shield a gap between a grouting casing and the wall of an excavated hole even at a high-depth. CONSTITUTION: A shielding device for a grouting casing of a high-depth and high-load groundwater well comprises a packer body(10), a packer(20), a support ring(30), a packer compressing ring(40), an elevation guide unit, and an elevating unit. The packer body is integrated with a grouting case and an inner casing. The packer is coupled to the edge of the packer body. The support ring supports the packer. The packer compressing ring is slidably installed in the edge of the packer body under the packer. The elevation guide unit has a guiderail and a guide protrusion. The elevating unit slides the packer compressing ring on the ground.
