PURPOSE: A UI reconfiguration apparatus and a method thereof according to a network state are provided to conveniently receive content through a network by additionally downloading content in a connection state of a network. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) communicates with a server by a wire and wireless communication. A content reproducing unit(120) supplies a UI(User Interface) screen for selecting content and reproduces content which is selected by a user. A determining unit(130) determines the need of network connection with a server. An interface reconfiguration unit(140) reconfigures a UI screen for selecting the content.
