PURPOSE: A solar cell and a formation method thereof are provided to minimize reflection loss of light due to destructive interference by including a nano pattern and an antireflection film which has a nano structure. CONSTITUTION: An antireflection film(120) is arranged on a substrate(110). The antireflection film comprises a nano pattern(122) and a nano particle layer(124) arranged on the nano pattern. The nano pattern comprises a transparent conductive oxide film. A first electrode(130) is formed on the antireflection film. A photoelectric conversion layer(145) is arranged on the first electrode. A second electrode(160) is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer. |
