PURPOSE: A natural beef seasoning is provided to remove fat from the beef seasoning by controlling the fat content of beef powder into the constant rate, or removing an enzyme decomposition process. CONSTITUTION: A natural beef seasoning is obtained by the following steps: firstly steaming finely cut beef; removing fat from the steamed beef; adding the raw cut beef with the fat to the beef without the fat, and secondly steaming the mixture; drying and crushing the secondly steamed beef; adding 10-20wt% of fat into the obtained beef powder; adding one component selected from rice powder, beef bone powder, or sea tangle powder; and adding bay salt, seasoning powder, vegetable powder, and a fruit concentrate into the powder. The seasoning powder includes red pepper powder, ginger powder, or black pepper powder. |
