PURPOSE: A portable learning device and a learning management method using the same are provided to change the output frequency of learning data by using the number of walk steps. CONSTITUTION: A portable learning device(10) comprises a sensing unit(100), a learning data managing unit(200), a learning assessing unit(300), and a display unit(500). The sensing unit senses the movement of a user and counts the number of walk steps of a user. The learning data managing unit manages learning data offered to the user. The learning assessing unit offers evaluation data for a test to the user and produces evaluation result data and accumulated evaluation data about the learning data based on the input of the user about the evaluation data. The display unit displays data transmitted from the learning data managing unit and the learning assessing unit.
