PURPOSE: A movement measuring device is provided to apply a constant tension to a fabric because movements of the fabric transferring roller toward front and rear sides and left and right sides are detected. CONSTITUTION: A movement measuring device comprises a supporting frame(10), an operating body(20), a load cell(30), and a controller. The supporting frame comprises a shaft hole(11) and a pair of blade pieces(15). The pair of blade pieces comprise a supporting hole(16) and a fixing hole(17). The operating body comprises a shaft supporting unit(25) and an operating unit(21). Ball bearing(23,28) are mounted in a sensing hole(27) of the shaft supporting unit and a through hole(22) of the operating unit. A roller shaft passed through the shaft hole is joined to the operating unit. Load cells are inserted to the fixing hole and sensing hole, thereby detecting a movement of a transferring roller. The controller calculates and controls the detected value of the load cell.
